Being a coach is rewarding

First Mattias talks about possibly renaming the vlog from "MattGron's Scaling Up Journey" to "MattGron talks". He believes that this name might be more on point with what Svea and him are doing in the episodes. Afterwards Svea starts an additional question round for this Friday episode, because Mattias is still on vacation and doesn't have to report much for this week.

1. Do you have any secret talent?

Mattias answers confidently with "no" while Svea reveals that her hidden talent is being able to whistle very loudly - what already back in her kindergarten days drove her caregivers insane.

2. What was the first (bigger) purchase you made with your money?

Mattias first purchases were quite musical. After his first summer job painting a house, he got himself a stereo and some CDs.

3. If you'd have to explain your job to a five-year-old, how would you describe what you do?

Since most kids would probably not understand what an entrepreneur is, Mattias would go for a sports comparison, saying that he is the coach of a team.

4. What do you like most about coaching people?

Seeing other people grow and accomplish things together as a team is what Mattias enjoys most about his role as a leader.
