Having fun at a conference
In this special episode of "MattGron Talks" Mattias and Svea are meeting at a conference hotel outside of Stockholm. The reason for this is the kickoff conference for the second half of 2021.
Kick-off conferences
Mattias started with these conferences already in the early days of iGoMoon. The idea behind them is to wake everyone up after the Christmas and summer vacation and have a great start to the second half of the year together as a team, these events are also a good chance to get to know each other better.
Making the conferences fun
During the two days of the conference there is a lot planned regarding the team and the company including different presentations and activities. Mattias has a good way of making them fun with a focus on team-building.
